This modern cabin is nestled among huge pine trees in a more remote area of Holly Lake Ranch, section 6 of the resort. Relax and enjoy the privacy and seclusion this area has to offer. Deer often wonder past during morning coffee on the deck, or enjoy telling stories around the fire pit at night. Whenever you're ready, check out the activities that the resort has to offer! This cozy cabin has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite has a king size bed, access to a private deck, and in-suite master bath with jacuzzi. Enjoy star gazing on the hammock off the master deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. While the third bedroom provides a small personal gym with an elliptical and a weight machine; a cot can be provided for a 5th guest, upon request. Holly Lake Ranch Resort is a gated community with several sections. All guests must initially sign in at the main gate, at 1823 S FM 2869, Holly Lake Ranch, TX 75765. Parking is always free throughout the resort. The carport provides covered parking for one vehicle, however other vehicles can park on the private circle drive. Relax and feel secure! Our security team is renown here in East Texas, for providing a safe and quiet environment. Please, feel free to call with any questions day or night. You'll have my personal cell number. Peaceful and secluded section of Holly Lake Ranch. You'll have no neighbors on 3 sides, and the safety of being inside the security gates. Great for walking, and early morning coffee in your jammies on the deck. Holly Lake Ranch amenities are largely complimentary for guests: Tennis, Billiards, Pickle Ball, Volley Ball, Putt Putt, Swimming and Disc Golf. Equipment is provided for all guests at the Activity Center. However, golf is for a fee. Kayaks and Canoes can be rented on Holly Lake for a small fee. The Activity Center also makes a great burger and fries, and there is a lovely deck behind the center to enjoy them on. There are several hiking trails within Holly Lake Ranch. Can you find the waterfall? Resort amenities include the following: boat ramps, swimming pools, golf course, hiking trails, fishing, tennis, paddle boats, kayaking, fitness center, bike riding, putt-putt golf, ping pong, volley ball, billiards, and the ever popular pickle ball! Most activities are complementary for our guests.
