Beautiful and peaceful 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen and Twin Bunk Beds), 3 bathroom cottage with screened porch nestled in the woods in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a vineyard. Perfect getaway for adults and children. Offering Basic Cable TV and WIFI for your convenience. Note: NO PETS, no smoking, no parties allowed. The space The Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom is located on the 2nd level. The living room, dining and kitchen area is located on the main entry level. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom and the 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds and bathroom are located on the lower level. Kayaks may be stored under front porch (launching dock in neighborhood) Parking on site for only 2-3 cars. Shared drive and NO parking allowed on neighbor's property or lawn/yard areas. Nature trails. Dock for launching kayaks, but no dock kayak storage (kayaks may be kept under front porch) Tucked back peacefully in the woods; quiet and serene. Listen to the babbling creek or launch your kayak from the boardwalk and explore the waterways. Walk to the winery where you can sip wine and slurp oysters. Walkable to town for meals and shopping. The Tides Inn is just a short distance. Explore the shops of Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock. You will need a car to travel here. From the home, you can walk to the Vineyard and into Irvington to eat and explore the shops. You will also need a car to explore the nearby towns of White Stone, Kilmarnock, beaches and parks. Please be respectful of the privacy of neighboring cottages which are privately owned and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood – sound travels very easily in our grove.
