The garage is just an entrance way and we use it, but the apartment is private and all yours while you're renting it. The Barn is large and we utilize all other areas of this space, and you may hear us, but we will respect your privacy. Occupancy is for two guest, optional dog allowed per house rules. Owners live on property and are available, many times in person, certainly by text or email. Downtown Montpelier is a 12 minute drive along mostly paved roads, great coffee shops and dining options. Burlington is 40 minutes away via highway, Waterbury 20 minutes away, Stowe is 35 minutes away. 3 close by ski areas, Sugarbush, Bolton Valley and Stowe all less than 45 minutes car drive. We are located right on the VAST Trail for Snowmobile Trekkers. Snowmobile right out your door! Its the country you must drive to get there, no public transportation, but you can set out on foot and enjoy nature. COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED WITH PROOF. There is trailer parking available for Snow Trekkers who would like to store them on the property. Please inquire if interested.
