The main floor has an open kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The dining room table seats eight, (with addition seating for 2 at bar.) The living area has two sofas, TV and a gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed, there is a twin over full bunk bed in the lower level bedroom. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the lake. There are 2 new bathrooms with showers. The boat house is considered the 4th bedroom. It is separate from the main cabin. It has a king bed and gas fireplace. There is an extra fee of $50 per night to rent the boat house. (if more than 8 guests, you must rent the boat house) The level lot has two great outdoor spaces to enjoy the view of the lake. A fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chairs and a patio area with 6 more Adirondack chairs and outdoor coffee table. The side yard has enough room to play yard games like bocce ball or bean bag toss. There is also a basketball hoop in the parking area. The front porch deck has seating for 4 and a propane grill. There is a 32' dock for your boat or pontoon. Two kayaks, a paddle board, swim floats and life jackets are available during your stay.
