All the bedrooms are on the top level which makes it convenient if traveling with kids as you will all be sleeping on the same floor (1 master, 1 guest bedroom with bunk beds + 2 kids rooms). This is a two story house with 4 bedrooms, perfect for families. It is a very spacious house (3000 sf ft) with a lot of natural light and is very clean. Central air conditioning, large kitchen with everything you need if you choose to cook. The first floor includes: Kitchen and dining area, breakfast nook, family room, dining room, living room, and a half bath. There is a beautifully landscaped private backyard space with patio table, chairs and BBQ grill. Water feature in the backyard is not a swimming pool, it is a fountain with a large reservoir. It is not heated and our kids use it sometimes to cool off in the summer. The second floor includes: Master bed & bath, 2 children's bedrooms, 1 guest room, a full bathroom and a laundry room. You have access to the entire house except for the garage, master closet because we keep some of our stuff inside. You can use the 2 car driveway.
