All windows have custom blinds and the 2 bedrooms have blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The larger bedroom has a new King memory foam mattress, a mounted new 55" Smart TV and a small walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a new Queen memory foam topped mattress, closet and a desk/work station. The large granite countertop also makes a nice area to spread out with a laptop for working travelers. The living area also has a mounted new 55" Smart TV with account access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV and Amazon Prime Video with HBO. There is a fully fenced-in private back yard for outdoor living during the warmer months. The bonus laundry room with storage space is in the basement.
