Lake Cumberland retreat with views and dock

Close to Burnside Marina and about 10 minutes from everything Somerset has to offer. 2 bedrooms 1 bath, with two living areas (one upstairs and one in the basement). Modern and with high speed internet. Kitchen is stocked with essentials! Come enjoy and relax on the huge deck overlooking the water and the tiered deck with fire pit! The space is clean and updated. Downstairs entrance to the home with living area. Stairs lead you up to main level of home with two bedrooms (queen beds), full bath, kitchen, living, room , and eating area. Large back deck off the back with great views of the Lake! Stairs down (155 to be exact) to water and dock. Across the lake, you can see Burnside Marina. Onsite parking available in the driveway. This is on a rural road. It is a two lane double line road. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, enough for 5-6 cars comfortably. You are welcome to bring your boat or rent one and tie it up at the dock. Although there is room, the road that the house is on is a little busy, so may be tricky backing your trailer into the driveway. You may want to consider parking it at Burnside Marina. People often park secure their trailer there and take the boat to the dock and someone else drive the vehicle back to the house. It's a 10 minute drive and 2 minute boat ride to our dock. It is rare for a dock to be had on Lake Cumberland, there are 155 new stairs down to it. You only really feel it coming back up!
