Cozy Retreat with Private Bathroom

Welcome to my home in a quiet and safe location surrounded by trees and beautiful landscape. You will love my place because of the comfy bed, the great neighborhood and the close proximity to I-55, I-88, I-355, and the Metra (10 minutes). O'Hare and Midway airports are about 30 minutes away from my home. There is also a forest preserve, near the Argonne National Lab in close proximity from my home for all the nature lovers. Please ensure to read the house rules and reach out with questions. I have a lovely T-raised single family home with a cozy private guest bedroom and private full bathroom in the LOWER level, complete with a comfortable queen size bed and mattress. The room is steps away from the common main entrance and has a closet, desk and chair. The layout of the home lets you experience the privacy of your own space. Watch all your favorite shows on the smart HD TV (recently installed) with plenty of free content or set it up with the streaming service of your choice - you enter your code and password. A full sized refrigerator and microwave with basic dishes and utensils in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom is available for guest use only. Free Wi-Fi is provided and parking is safe and free on the driveway. Bathroom essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion, and towels are provided. My home is smoke free and pet free. Front entrance, lower level guest room and lower level bathroom, washer and dryer. Use of the couch in the family room on the same level MAY be allowed, please CHECK FIRST prior to using it. Access to upper level is OFF LIMITS. There is a $5 charge to use washer and dryer (combined) per load. Please pay and check prior to using the machine. Check in is from 3-9PM, check out is at 10AM. Early check in or late checkout MIGHT be possible. Please ask first. Check in after 9pm is also possible, but please check/communicate first. I give my guests space but am available via Airbnb chat to answer any questions. The house is in a tranquil and quiet neighborhood. The people are very nice. There are many stores located around the neighborhood. I have really great neighbors and therefore no loud parties are allowed, no smoking, or vaping on the property. 1､Driving is the best mean of transportation - It’s 30minutes to O’Hare airport, 30 minutes to Chicago downtown. 30 minutes to Midway Airport. 2､Use of public transportation - Closest Metra Station is 4 miles from my home . You could use public transportation (bus) or Uber/Lyft to get to the train station. My seven year old son and I live in this home and will be around (mostly on the upper level) and therefore you might hear some noise during the day but it is quiet in the evening. We will maintain social distance during your stay but will occasionally be on the lower level to use the washer, dryer and the family room. There are no other guests in my home.
