Beautiful lakefront house with great views. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths sleeps 10 comfortably. Paddleboards, water floats, propane grill, fire pit, & corn hole make for awesome lakefront memories! Game room features bubble boy hockey, board games, & puzzles for rainy day fun! Sturbridge is known for it's locally owned restaurants, breweries, & wedding venues. Get away from it all, but still be close driving proximity to Boston, Worcester, Springfield MA, & CT! Upstairs features 1 Master Bedroom with King bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and access to 2nd floor balcony, and 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and Full Bed. 1 shared bathroom with tub. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms except bunk room. AC units in bedrooms available mid June-August. Downstairs features open kitchen, dining, & living room all with lake views. Laundry room with washer & dryer. 1/2 bath convenient to lake side. 1 Bedroom with 1 Bunk Bed and 1 Twin Bed and shared Bathroom with Shower. Game room features bubble boy hockey, board games, and puzzles. Outside has large deck facing the lake with 2 eating areas and a hammock for lazing around. The yard has a fire pit and corn hole toss. There are paddle boards for your use. Please note: A/C units, some outdoor furniture, lawn/lake toys, and paddleboards are only available during the summer months. From November to April, the lake is slightly drawn down to meet environmental regulations, causing the water level to shrink toward the end of the dock. Quiet neighborhood setting. TVs are internet only- no cable. Home is located minutes from Rt. 20, I-90, & I-84. Close to local & commercial shopping, groceries, restaurants, breweries, & hiking.
