This apartment is close to everything Houston has to offer. Conveniently located in beautiful Kingwood, this one bedroom property is 10 mins away from Bush Intercontinental Airport and 25 mins to downtown Houston. Just across the street from HEB and several restaurants. Easy parking, Free Wifi, Smart TV, 1 queen bed, and one air mattress for additional guests. You’ll have the entire apartment all to yourself. The apartment is brand new and has beautiful finishes and comes fully outfitted with kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom essentials. We want this apartment to be your home away from home. The apartment looks exactly as depicted in the pictures. The space I take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, door knobs, etc with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance. All linens, dishware, glassware and silverware are also washed between stays. Cleaning products and tools are provided so you can clean and sanitize as well. If in-person interaction is required, please wear a mask. You’ll be staying in your own elegant, fully-furnished apartment including WiFi, smart TV, and all utilities. The floor plan provides an open living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The apartment is set up just for guests so it can truly feel like your home during your stay and there’s plenty of space to set up your laptop or stretch out on the couch. We take your comfort and style seriously. You’ll have the apartment completely to yourself and can access building amenities (public health guidance permitting) that are included in your reservation. Kingwood is a nice suburb north of Houston but still 25 mins from downtown. It has grown so much in the past 5 years to include new restaurants and places to play. Plan to visit one of our numerous parks to walk, jog or bike. Head to Dearbrook mall for shopping and eat at some of the restaurants in Humble. Pappasitto's Cantina is a must-visit. Catch a Uber to go into downtown and catch a flight at the Bush Airport 10 mins away. Uber and other shared transportations are the best way to get around. You can also catch the bus to downtown and back at the Kingwood park and ride bus station on Northpark Drive next to the HEB. This is a residential community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other residents during your stay. Service animals are welcome!
