You'll be in the only beachfront residential community in Fort Lauderdale. Only steps to the beach, Fort Lauderdale strip, convention center, airport, and more! Our home is spacious with top-of-the-line finishes and custom artwork in each room. The yard is complete with palm trees, a fence for privacy, a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, dining and bar tables, a hammock, and gated parking. It's a great place for everyone from films to family- feel free to inquire with any questions! :) Recently gut-renovated, Villa Saltwater has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, eat-in kitchen, 2 patios, an in-ground heated saltwater pool, outside dining and lounging, and ductless AC, you'll have everything you need to sit back, relax, and enjoy your day. The master bedroom is complete with pool-side access, high-quality finishes, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom that was designed to unwind. The master bath has a deep-soak Scandinavian bathtub, double vanity, a bidet, and a walk-in shower with 8 shower heads including a rainfall showerhead that drops from the ceiling. The other two bedrooms consist of queen beds, closets with custom shelving, and direct patio access where you can relax in the rocking chairs, lounge on the hammock, or sit at the table for a quick snack or a game of cards. The main bathroom is also has a walk-in shower, a bidet, washer and dryers, and direct access to the pool so you can jump in the shower after a good swim. The outside of our home is fully secured and private with iron fencing and tropical trees/plants lining the perimeter of our property. Some features include 2 tables for eating, 2 egg chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 rocking chairs, a hammock, a saltwater pool with a fountain, and an entire .5 acre to yourself! The house also has a gate for the driveway, surveillance for the driveway, keyless smart entry, and more! **Please let me know if you will need any of the "baby amenities" we offer before your arrival (preferably when booking).*** Guests will have access to the whole property (house, back yard, pool area, driveway, etc). On the day of your arrival, we will reach out to confirm check-in instructions and answer any questions. Your access to both the gate and home will be unique to your reservation and will be activated at your respective check-in/out time. We want our guests to feel like our home is their home. For the most part, you will not see me or Jenny for the duration of your stay since we are primarily based out of New York. With that being said, we have put together a dedicated team that will be available, when needed, for your stay. If there is anything you need to be more comfortable - let us know (big or small)! Lauderdale's most luxurious neighborhoods, with convenient, walkable access to many neighborhood marinas, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Harbor Beach is the only residential community in Fort Lauderdale (South of Sunrise Blvd) that is directly on the oceanside. Since you'll be close to pretty much everything - walking and ubering is my preferred choice. However, for guests who rent or have a car we do have gated driveway which you are available to you. 1. Upon booking please thoroughly read through all of the house rules. If a rule is broken, the reservation holder and their guests may be subject to penalties, fees, and/or eviction. It is important to us that we have an open, honest dialogue (which will help us both). 2. There is an age requirement of 25 years + and you may be asked to verify a valid, government-issued ID upon arrival. 3. There is a fee of $35 per person over 6, per night. This fee applies to daytime events and celebrations. Please inquire with questions! 4. On the day of check-in you will receive access instructions. 5. The deposit is never charged or held when booking. Deposits are only charged if there is damage found upon check out. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately, as will Airbnb.
