El Parador - Apartment 2 bdrm Downtown Convenience

El Parador in Downtown Milwaukee’s West End Brewery District built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) was a rooming house for workers of the Historic Pabst and Schlitz Breweries. Now serving Travelers it is convenient to all; Marquette U, MSOE, MATC, Fiserv Forum, Convention Center and Corporate Offices; easy access to Lake Michigan, Summerfest, Arts, Culture, Music and Theatre Venues. The Apartments are Perfect for Business Clients, Couples Getaway, Solo Travelers, and Families. Come Enjoy the Best Central City Location. The Apartments at El Parador all have two bedrooms with full size beds, a nice living room gathering area, the Kitchen has a dining table with a food prep and cooking area, and a full Bath with Tub and Shower. The rooms in the Apartments have been restored from their original design but still reflect the History. We did not design these houses but are having fun discovering its unique features as we continue to restore them. The beds have new cushion mattresses and are triple covered to ensure cleanliness (a vinyl full cover, a Polyester Mattress cover, and Clean Sheets and Blankets). We also sanitize high touch surfaces with Health Department Approved Cleaners and Disinfectants. There are also cleaning supplies available for guests to use during their stay, near all sinks there are cleaning wipes and antibacterial soap. A small desk in the living room offers working space and office supplies (pens, papers, envelopes, scissors, etc. The Aparments are perfect for 4, but we allow up to 6 (With a Queen Air Mattress available for use). Guests have private use of the entire apartment. Own kitchen, bath, living room. There is an outdoor patio and garden gazebo available for use. The Apartment rental at El Parador provides off street parking for one vehicle. (additional vehicle spaces can be arranged). There is usually some one on property should guests have any questions or other needs. Guests can always send El Parador messages through airbnb or call us directly anytime during their stay. El Parador is located in the Downtown West End Brewery District near Martin Luther King Park. There are not many Businesses or Services in the Neighborhood but just a short walk away is all that makes Milwaukee Great. The Brewery District is just 4 blocks away and is currently being developed and in Transition, but with many new Restaurants and Tours of the old Breweries. From there, Just a short walk east and downhill will get you into the downtown Sports Entertainment District and Fiserv Forum, a few short blocks more gets you to the Riverwalk Area and easy access to all of Downtown’s great Restaurants and Clubs. Nearby, King Park and Community Center offer many amenities - indoor exercise area, meeting rooms, community programs, etc. There are also outdoor Childrens Play Area, basketball and tennis courts, baseball, soccer, and football fields. On our block you will find Cherry Hill Gardens a local neighborhood cooperative. There is a lovely Gazebo among the garden beds that is a nice place to sit and enjoy a good book or quiet time. Just west is Seifert Elementary School; it has Basketball courts, baseball fields, and a great playground. Go East one block to 12th Street to find some real nice views of Downtown Milwaukee. El Parador offers easy access to all of Downtown Milwaukee. Within walking distance to the City Center, Fiserv Forum, Admirals Arena, Marquette University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Milw. School of Engeniering, Cardinal Stricht Nursing School, Sinai Samaritan Hospital, Leinenkugles Brewery, Milwaukee Brew House, Cross Lutheran Church, and more. Milwaukee county buses are just around the corner. The neighborhood is serviced by routes (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) which can take travelers to all areas of town quickly. There is a Public (Bubbler) Bike rental station at the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) block of N 10th St. just 6 blocks away. Always a good way to tour downtown and save on parking fees. Taxi and Rideshare services are easily accessible and quickest way around town. Just one block from local public transportation and 4 blocks from a Bubbler Bike Rental Station.
