Charming Hobby Farm, Sauna, Hot Tub Near I-5/I-205

Located at the end of a long private road, the house sits at the center of the 5-acre hobby farm. Goats, hens, & cows roam the pastures. Fresh Eggs! Private and clean 3 bedroom house with comfy beds. 9 hole Mini Golf (Under Construction) in the backyard! Hot tub and sauna along with a gorgeous grill and large patio table for outdoor eating. Firepit for stargazing and s'more making. Just off I-5 & 205 exchange. Owners live on property far away enough to be private, close enough if you need anything. We offer a $25.00 refund per unused bedroom! The Hot Tub and Steam Barrel Sauna are just outside the back door. Covered outdoor grilling on the large BBQ. We provide each guest with new Grill Mats to cook on. Firepit with a real wood fire to roast hotdogs or s'mores. There is a glass top outdoor eating table under a large covered patio and lots of fairy lights at night. All this is conveniently close to the I 5 and I 205 junction. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion on this trip! $25.00 REFUND per unused bedroom! The house sleeps up to 8 adults with an extra guest fee after 6 people. For the kiddos, we have many games indoor and out, Mini Golf, a Ninja Line with swing, and kids can ride along at feeding times for the animals. Please let us know the names and ages of each guest and if you are celebrating a special occasion. The bedrooms are clean and comfy with new queen beds and bedding. Ceiling fans in each room and floor fans are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dinnerware and utensils. We provide coffee beans for freshly ground coffee in a Drip Coffee Maker or a Keurig with plenty of coffee pods. We have lots of Teas to choose from for the tea drinkers. Ample condiments and some snacks in the pantry. We also offer Grocery Pick Up service at no charge. Just call one of our local grocery stores, order and pay for your groceries. We will pick them up and stock the kitchen for you just make sure to give my name as the customer's name and everything will be in place before you arrive. Email me for more details. In the bathrooms, you will find plenty of soaps, lotions, and new bath towels for your use. 55" TV and use your own Netflix with our WiFi . We have many family movies to choose from.
