Lodge feeling. Inside remodeled in 2018, outside is very rustic with older building on property. Beautiful Bay views. Boat ramp, Outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill, Large cinder block grill ( Pig ), gas burner & steam pot ( crabs / corn ) Shot gun range for shooting skeet. Kayaks, fire pit, 8 hanging swings & hammock. Great place to get to know the family again and build some memories. We do have internet and movie room. We also have lots of games and tons of things to do outside. Great for large families and events. We have a screen porch and a screened in outdoor kitchen and bar, with several grilling and steaming options. Guest can use all of the property. Available by phone and text anytime. Small fishing village across the bay from Chincoteague Island. Great marina boat slips available. Chincoteague only 15 minutes by boat with transit boat parking. Twenty five minutes by car, good place to visit. National Park with wild horses. We have Crusty Crab restaurant at the end of the street and they have good homemade food. Great water access, 3 kayaks on site with paddles and jackets. Very chill outdoor bar/kitchen with swings and ring toss. Cornhole, volleyball and skeet range. Orange crush maker on site. Boat is the best way to get around. it's a good place to chill. kayaks and paddle board on site. EA Vaughan nature preserve close by for hikes. Oyster shell Beach close by Chincoteague 30 minutes away.
