Entire garden level in quiet and cozy home.

Entire garden level of lovely house on outskirts of Spearfish. The level includes a large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with TV, bathroom, laundry facilities, microwave and private entrance. It's a split level home and I live upstairs, guest access will be limited to the garden level only, but holler if you need anything! Spread out with the whole garden level for your stay. Quiet, comfortable, and cozy. There is a private access to the garden level through the back patio. The path and patio are well lit. I'm semi retired, may work early mornings but my afternoons and evenings I'll be working in the yard or around the house upstairs. Nice, quiet neighborhood. There is no public transportation, but two local taxi companies.
