Marvel the view of Historic Downtown Palestine from the second floor. Enjoy a morning walk to local eateries such as the infamous Queens Grill inside the Redland's Hotel, Farris Steak and Burgers, and the Farmers Market a couple blocks away. Guest can use everything in the unit except the washer dryer if the stay is less than 7 days. Feel free to play a game of Yahtzee or work a crossword puzzle to spend some time enjoying the loft. Guest have access to the entire unit except the washer/dryer and the storage closet. Enjoy your stay Management is available 24-7 This downtown loft is in walking distance of many eateries such as the the famous Redland Hotel Queen Grill and the Cotton Gin Bar and grille. Farmers Market is also blocks away to enjoy the fresh produce of East Texas. Food and fun are in walking distance and if you want to cook a small meal Kroger’s is a 2 minute drive down the street. Remember to take your key with you everywhere! Even if you are headed to get something out of the car, remember the key 🔑☺️
