Home on golf course w/ private pool-30-day minimum

Ewa Beach home available. Honolulu requires 30 day minimum rentals. This is our very private, quiet home with only one neighbor and on a golf course. The home has two bedrooms upstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs, one half bathroom downstairs. It is a great home w/a saline pool and a 2 person jacuzzi. Light the tiki lamps & enjoy the sunset in the back yard W/a 54" TV. Includes all utilities, bi-weekly landscaper and weekly pool maintenance. The upstairs, master bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the golf course. It has an ensuite bathroom. The upstairs, guest room is at the front of the home has a full bed with separate split AC. There is a full bath at the top of the stairs. Enjoy a 64" TV in the open concept living room, dining and kitchen. The whole house has central AC. There is parking on the drive-way for one or two cars. Guest can message, text or email me. Residential neighborhood. No neighbor mauka of the home. This is our home so we have some items in the closets. One upstairs bedroom is locked off with our possessions as is the garage.
