Unique 100 y/o mill house in the center of Historic Porterdale River access/trails in walking distance. Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and master bathroom w/ garden tub and shower combo. Cozy guest bedroom w/ twin bed. Also second full bath. Large sofa living room. Guests have access to TV's, wifi, Netflix, Hulu, and DVD player in living room and master bedroom. Kitchen w/ full fridge, gas stove, pots pans and utensils. Laundry room with essentials. 10 min d/t Covington. Our House is very comfortable and homey, but may not be suitable for younger guest under the age of 8.
