County Lane Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1 loft room with bed, 2 full bath cabin. Located in private setting with beautiful wooded scenery. County Lane Cabin offers rustic but modern comfort with WIFI, Smart TV, heating and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig, bed linens, towels, and grill to make your stay comfortable. County Lane Cabin is perfect for a memorable family vacation, a romantic weekend or honeymoon. Parking Instructions: -My home has a circular driveway. You may enter or exit at the first or second entrance. You are welcome to park at the front door, or to the right of the the garage. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE GARAGE DOOR. During inclement weather, you will need to park to the right of the garage door or at the grassy area at the top of the hill. The second entrance/exit is blocked off when it snows. *4 Wheel Drive Vehicle or Snow Chains are required during inclement weather! Owner is not responsible for guests who get vehicles stuck in the snow. I live in the downstairs basement apartment. Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves with no shared spaces.; except for the driveway. I want my guest to enjoy my home…make some noise, play the loud music, dance into the night, and create a memorable mountain getaway. I am available through calls or text. If guest have questions about their stay, local attractions, places to eat, or if anything needs attention, I'm just a phone call away. Country Lane is a private road with 8 homes. The paved, one-lane road has an incline and is somewhat steep. However, the only time a 4 wheel drive is needed is during the snowy, wintery season. -Country Lane Cabin is located 1 mile from the town of Newland, 10 miles from Grandfather Mountain, 13 miles from Banner Elk, 22 miles from Boone, and 10 miles from Linville Falls. -Guest will have the entire cabin to themselves with no shared spaces. Host occupies basement apartment of the cabin. Host wants you to enjoy your stay so let the little ones be noisy, play the loud music, dance into the night , and enjoy your mountain getaway.
