Our company, Acqua Bay Luxury Apartments , manages all the apartments in this brand new boutique building. The apartments are modern, unique and have slightly different layouts. The building is located on Bay Harbor Islands. Walking distance to excellent beaches and exclusive Bal Harbor Shops. Our staff is dedicated to excellent customer services, providing you super clean apartments and accommodating your needs. We strive to deliver a memorable experience to all our guests. We do not allow any visitors, we do not allow any gatherings, we do not allow any parties, we do not allow any loud noise or music. We are operating under very strict guidelines set by local authorities, if there is any of the things listed above, we will be removing everyone, NO warnings and no refunds, including the $500 security deposit. Upon your arrival, one of our representatives will meet you at the property. They will explain everything about the building, the apartment, and our services. At that time you will also receive all the keys and access devices. Check in time is between 15:00 (3:00pm) to 21:00 (9:00pm). You must be available in person to check in between those hours. We do not have check ins after 21:00 (9:00pm). So that we may serve you best, please contact us 30 minutes prior to your arrival. Bay Harbor is a calm community centrally located, close to Downtown, South Beach and North Miami, with easy access to all major attractions in the Miami Beach area and Miami International Airport. Guests can walk to the nearby beach, enjoy the island's cafes, or stroll to Bal Harbour Shops and the Surfside shopping district. The building's elegant design boasts large balconies and a rooftop pool, sundeck, and plenty of space for leisurely activities. *Please note that we are a boutique hotel style property and we manage multiple units in this facility. All our apartments are furnished in a very similar fashion and equipped with similar electronics and appliances. Your assigned apartment may appear slightly different than what you are looking at in the picture. We cannot guarantee that you will get the apartment in the pictures. Please note these fees and charges will be collected prior to arrival: $ 500 incidentals security deposit for damages and missing items. $ 20 per night per vehicle (private parking) subject to availability, must be reserved.
