This cozy, just renovated cottage sits on two peaceful acres in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time is less than 3 miles from downtown Ruston, I-20, Louisiana Tech, and Ruston’s best shopping and restaurants. Make yourself at home among our extended deck, with a glider and picnic table, and our peaceful two acres, which backs up to a creek and includes a tether ball pole and a tree house. Enjoy our blazing fast WiFi, too - we’ve got 1 gigabyte per second download internet service. We are thrilled to host you! The neighborhood is lovely for walking and is just ten minutes from Lincoln Parish Park and five minutes from the Rock Island Greenway trail network. Shopping and restaurants along I-20 are just five minutes away and downtown Ruston/Louisiana Tech are just ten minutes away. When parking you can park one car by the trash/recycling at the end of the driveway. If you have more than one car to park, park the other(s) along the street, just making sure not to block any neighbors’ driveways.
