Our 2000 sq.ft. home is on 0.5 acres of land for your kids to roam and enjoy while you relax on our brand new deck, patio set, and 5-burner gas grill. This year we've installed all new flooring, kitchen cabinets, and furniture for you and your family to enjoy. You have access to the whole house which includes 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full, and 2 twin beds with memory foam mattresses. Your kids will have a blast in our double bunk bed room, specially designed by our kids for your kids. 2 big screens TVs when you just want to unwind for a movie night. Free use of our Roku which includes NetFlix and Hulu on us. For your family's entertainment we've added a Playstation 3 and board games for the rainy days. Free high speed wifi is included. This is a family oriented neighborhood, absolutely no partying. Partying, pets, and/or smoking will incur damages costs. 25 years old minimum rental age. Please note, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the home only. There are no recording devices inside the home. The cameras are positioned to view the main entry points for security and cannot see into the home. The video is not monitored and are only reviewed if an incident occurs or upon request by police. All video is automatically deleted every 72 hours. Audio is not recorded.
