SUNSET UNIT - Direct ATV/Snowmobile Access

Welcome to "The Shack"; a new barn featuring three 2-bedroom units each with its own private entrance. Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (COR 5) and ATV (Cor C) trails. "THE SUNSET" is an aptly named 2nd floor west facing unit with beautiful views. It comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms (queen and queen/twin). It has a fully equipped kitchen with island for extra seating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and full size washer and dryer. Free internet with TVS in both bedrooms and living room for streaming your favorite shows. There is air conditioning (Mini-split wall units in each room with individual thermostats) for those hot summer days/nights. In the colder months, the baseboard heat has individual thermostats in each room to adjust the temperature to your preference. The electric fireplace in the living room provides a cozy and warm space with the area is blanketed in snow. Take advantage of the west facing view and spectacular sunsets from the outdoor picnic table with access to 2 gas grills in the common area. Bring your camp chair and spend the evening at the common fire pit- don't forget the fixings for s'mores. Located on Route 26 with easy access to gasoline at Coleman State Park (7 miles) or the Diamond Peaks Convenience Store (1/3 mile). Whether you want to hit the ATV/snowmobile trails, enjoy some fishing or hiking or need a home base for motorcycling, "The Sunset" offers comfortable, clean, and modern accommodations. It is the perfect place to make memories, relax, and embrace the beauty and adventures of the Great North Woods. Nightly rates based on 2-person occupancy. There is free parking for up to 2 vehicles Pets are NOT allowed. NO smoking in units There is a cleaning fee of $110 per stay. Monthly Rental Discount of up to 10% of nightly pricing.
