Recent renovations include slate floors, Hawaiian chic furnishings and Koa wood throughout-- including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and custom crafted doors. There are two carpeted master bedrooms featuring a California-King and a private bathroom with both a soaking tub and private outdoor shower. The third bedroom, also carpeted has two doubles and the fourth room is an office/lounge fusion featuring a desk, fax and two twin sized pune'e, perfect for an afternoon nap or supplemental sleeping areas. The spacious living area is fit for family time while the gourmet kitchen affords the culinary types ample space to prepare a feast. While the vaulted ceilings throughout expand the sense of space, the numerous floor to ceiling windows allow for maximum light exposure, letting that sweet Hawaiian sunshine beckon all to play in the beachside grassy yard or the waters of Hanalei Bay just beyond. While most neighborhoods are walking friendly, most likely you will need a car to adventure to other areas of the island. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. Please use the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of hiking or enjoying the beach. 2. Please notify the property manager immediately of any problems with the house so we may quickly address it. 3. Our home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc. to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. 4. Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests. 5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans. 6. Please feel free to do laundry while you are here. Washing towels and linens helps out during your stay. 7. This is a non-smoking home. 8. If your home offers air-conditioning. We kindly ask that your turn off the units when you are not occupying the rooms. Please let your property manager know should any leaks occur from the units. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: Check-out time is 10:00 am , unless a late check out has been prearranged. Please wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper place. Lock all doors and replace the key in the lock-box. A $25 fee is charged for lost key. Excessive cleaning, trash, sand in homes, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
