Summary: Our freshly renovated 1 bedroom /1 bath Venice Beach bungalow is bright, clean and private. It offers lots of outdoor space including a comfy seating area, sun loungers and barbecue. The Bungalow is walking distance to fabulous shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave & Main Street, and a less than ten minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the beach (Bikes provided). CLEANING: All long-term stays over 30 days require midstay cleaning this is provided to you by our professional housekeeping team. Please ask your reservation associate for more details. PETS: We love our furry friends and accept them case by case! We do require an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150 for those days that are 30 days or more the pet fee is $300. The Space: This Craftsman Bungalow has all the charm of old world Venice with modern amenities. Our private home features a relaxing outdoor area surrounded by private fence. Centrally located to everything Venice and Main Street, Santa Monica has to offer; it's easy to get out and explore on foot or with one of our beach cruisers. This property is one of three one bedroom beach bungalows. Each one has a Queen bed with a super comfy Casper mattress. This is the first bungalow in our series to receive a full bathroom renovation, with rain shower and all new fixtures. Additionally, as of Sept 2017, we did a full kitchen makeover with all new modern appliances and design. *New pictures of both bathroom and kitchen coming soon! There is plenty of street parking surrounding the Bungalows. We also have two driveways that are solely for our guests in the three bungalows to use. Other features include: - Fold out sofa bed with a memory foam Queen mattress - Bathroom with tub and shower - Washer & dryer - Fully stocked kitchen w/dishwasher, Nespresso Machine and capsules - Large TV w/ Netflix and cable - High speed wifi - Air conditioner in the bedroom - Wall heater We provide sheets, bedding and bathroom towels for your use during your stay. Shampoo, and soap is also provided. All you need is your toothbrush and tooth paste! We named our company Open Air + Homes because we believe that a great Airbnb in LA isn't complete without a great outdoor space. This bungalow is no different. Outside you will find plenty of places to drink your morning coffee or hang out in the sun and get a tan. Nothing quite beats our Los Angeles weather, and we want you to take full advantage of it! Square Footage: 636 Guest Access: Guests have a private entrance to their individual bungalows. The Bungalows have fences between each one and all three have their own individual outside area with seating/sun loungers and BBQ that we encourage guests to use up until midnight, at which point we ask that outside noise is kept to a minimum in respect for our neighbors and guests in the other Bungalows. There will be two bikes provided for each bungalow. Dogs are welcome but please let us know! The Neighborhood: There is street cleaning on one side of the street between 10-12pm on Wednesday's & Thursday's. Please check street signs, as this is enforced all over the city! Getting Around: Venice is highly walkable and bike-able which is one of our favorite things about the area. Along with the bikes we provide you are right next to line 18 of the Big Blue Bus that runs from UCLA to Santa Monica and down to Windward circle in Venice. Head up to Santa Monica and transfer to Metro's Expo Light Rail to head downtown. You can connect with other lines that go into different parts of the city like Dodger game, the Staple Center, and Union Station.
