If you want a tranquil place to stay and to hear the quietness without the city life traffic, we are your place to go. Enjoy the big pine trees surrounding the property and the 2 acre +. Walk around the property if you want a place to think. If you are into nature, sit by the fireplace or grab some sun rays by the pool. The pool is not available & we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. There is no lifeguard on duty. We recommend guests with small children to avoid that area. Bring a book and enjoy the quiet scenery of the big pine trees by the sunroom. There are two rocking chairs and a sit down couch. If books aren’t your thing, flip the channels of the tv or use the game console to keep you entertained. If you are looking for a place to stretch your feet, the open dining room is available. The laundry room is available but must be approved by host. The kitchen area is also available. Guests in Pawleys Island Hut are the only guests that can use the fridge and freezer. Unfortunately, the pool that is with the home is not available to guests. We do offer beach towels, lounge chairs, and many other outdoor games when staying with us. We also have an outdoor rock fire pit that can be used. We do provide a business center that is available. Printing is $.20 per copy and will need to be approved by host. The laundry room is also available. Laundry is $1.50 per load and $2.50 to dry. You will need to provide your own detergent. Detergent is available onsite but there will be a $2.50 charge per bottle. You will be provided a basic starter kit for 4 days or less. Any more days than that, you will need to provide your own toiletries, etc Guests are welcome to the main kitchen area, dining room, living room, sunroom, and patio. Please feel free to walk around the property. Take a stroll in the neighborhood. There is a private walking trail in the neighborhood. The pool is not for use by guests. Laundry Room is available by approval of host. There is also an office with a printer, scanner, desk, and all of your office needs. The office must be approved by host. Please feel free to lounge in the sunroom. We have a couch, two rocking chairs, and a tv for entertainment. We are available to reach you within one hour. We are about a 12 minute drive from your Local Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Famous Toastry, & many other eateries. We are fifteen minutes from Lake Wylie Boat Access. We are about 15 minutes from the town of Clover. We are about thirty minutes south of Charlotte, NC. All guests should have a private vehicle when staying on property. One car per room. Please no swimming in the pool. Children and infants are not allowed by the pool. Trash Removal during your stay can be accessed on the side of the house in the black trash can. Extra Towels are in the vanity drawer in the bathroom. When entering the home, please remove your shoes. We have many indoor and outdoor games available. All cleaning supplies can be accessed in the long vanity by the sink in the bathroom. PETS: Dogs & Cats allowed by **pre-approval ONLY** & ADDITIONAL $20 pet CLEANING FEE. •20 Cleaning Fee must be paid prior to your check in or dogs or cats will not be allowed on the property. •Your dog or cat should be friendly & house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are not allowed •Your dog or cat must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. •Any dog or cat that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged by any damage caused by your dog or cat. •Limit of one dog or cat. An additional dog or cat may be considered on a case to case basis.
