This home is in the charming village of Chatham, NY--just a 2-minute walk to Main Street with restaurants, the Chatham Brewery, shops, theater, art galleries and more. Less than 1 mile (walkable with sidewalks) north on Center Street/Route 66 is Crellin Park with a swimming pond (with lifeguard), basketball, tennis courts, skateboarding, trails along the river, community garden. PS21 abuts the park and you can access their scenic groomed trails from the back of Crellin Park. Most things are within short walking distance. Best to drive to the grocery or drug store within one mile. There are 2 off street parking spots available.
