Dock for use for swimming, fishing and boat tie up. French doors open to a large screened porch looking out on Lake Hartwell. A gas grill and bicycles are available. Parking for 1 car in the driveway close to your private entrance. The screened porch looks out on the water with several seating areas where you can read a book, play games, enjoy a beverage or hhave dinner. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. 1 parking place is available at the bottom of the driveway near your private entrance. Property owner lives upstairs. Neighborhood offers easy walking. You will be located the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain with access to waterfalls, trails for hiking, rivers for rafting plus lake activities. Limited Parking in the neighborhood. Nice walking. State Park nearby. Drive to restaurants and shopping. Drive up into the Blue Ridge Mountains and on into the Great Smokies. 3 bicycles are available, but you will need to bring your own helmets. If bringing a boat, we are only a 10 minute boat ride from the closest launch. The launch area is a 4 mile drive from your rental. Dock has tie up space available.
