We use a variable pricing model to give our guests more flexibility - dependent on the size of your group. Comparable property's to this will mostly be priced at a flat rate for 6 guests. But because our property has (surprisingly) received a lot of bookings in the past from solo couples (2 guests), we wanted to best accommodate this by starting at a decreased base price, and then allowing the price to be adjusted accordingly, dependent on the group size. So if you have 4-6 guests in your reservation, the pricing then increases to make it comparable to the other 6 guest property's in the area. We do conduct regular analysis' and comparisons, and we feel we have priced this property fairly and comparable to other similar spaces in the area - the only difference is it can vary dependent on your group size.
