If you like hiking visit the magnificent Hermits Peak with breathing-taking views. For water activities visit Storrie Lake State Park or Murphy Lake for fishing, swimming or boating. Plan a day trip north to the Fort Union National Monument or south to the Pecos National Historical wilderness area fo the Santa Fe National Forest. Other places to visit, Red River, Sipapu Ski Resort, Angel Fire Ski Resort, the Rio Grande Bridge and the Taos Pueblo.
