Piot House The Piot House is Ocean Front, in a private neighborhood, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and miles of sandy beach, in Seal Rock. Warm rustic wood accents are brightened by the walls of windows along the whole western side of the home! So, your first step into the home.....visually takes you 'right back out' to amazing views of the Ocean, and Seal Rock! This is such a comfortable, cozy home away from home. Very private; once you pull into the drive, you don't see anything BUT the ocean! The kitchen and dining area are great for entertaining, and the living room is a small step down from the rest of the home, hosts a wood stove, and has a slider out to a large covered deck, which can be great when there is the weather here! The primary bedroom is quite large and has a wonderful soaking tub in the bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the opposite of home, next to the guest bathroom for privacy. Wonderful for two couples, family, romantic vacation! Some of our regular guests have been returning here for over 16 yrs! Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.
