AMAZING POOL AREA, STEPS TO THE BEACH-Windy Hill

Welcome to Pineapple Palms! This amazing beach house has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! You will get lost in this spacious house that has so many areas to hang out. You'll have a hard time finding a better outdoor entertaining space than what Pineapple Palms has to offer. With a gigantic, private pool (with the option to have it heated) with sitting ledges, two outdoor dining areas, plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, gas grill, two separate decks (one covered), outdoor bar area, and a full outdoor bathroom with outdoor shower. If that isn't enough for everyone, they can always take a minute walk to one of the best beaches on the Grand Strand. This 5 bedroom, 6 bath private home is only a minute walk to Windy Hill Beach, just a three minute drive to Barefoot Landing, and a twenty minute drive to Broadway at the Beach! Many of our guests enjoy renting a golf cart for their stay and we allow parking for it in the driveway. Inside, you'll find 4600 sq ft for you and your entire family to enjoy their vacation. With two separate dining areas, large galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), five full bathrooms, living areas on two separate floors, HD TVs in all bedrooms and living areas (each with a Roku for streaming apps), cable tv in the master bedroom and upstairs living area, and 400mbps WiFi. We can also sleep 13 people in beds and 2 additional people in a pullout in the downstairs living area. There is a common area downstairs with 2 single beds but because it doesn't have a door, so we don't include it in the bedroom count. We also provide a highchair and pack n play for your smallest guests. Linens and towels are provided in the cleaning fee. Pineapple Palm can accommodate up to four vehicles. There are three security cameras on the outside of the house. One covers the front door and entrance, one covers the two back doors, and one covers the pool area. They may be recording or save still images. Tampering with any of them is prohibited. There is also an Amazon Alexa in the kitchen. Guests can unplug this during their stay but we ask you plug it back in when you leave. There is a propane grill on the back deck. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and refilling the propane. Pool heater is at an additional nightly fee. Inquire prior to booking if you want this optioned turned on. (The heater needs to be running prior to a reservation to ensure it’s operating at the correct temperature). We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water since it is largely based on outdoor nightly temperature. The heater is only an option from April-October, weather permitting. Inquire prior to booking your dates. Towels and Linens are included in the cleaning fee. Starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags provided. NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED-Primary booking guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation. No unregistered guests/pets. Primary guest must provide final guest headcount prior to arrival. Garage might be available for an added fee. The space available for guests is approximately 12’ wide and 26’ long. The garage door entrance is approximately 6.5’ high when opened. There is a keypad on the exterior on the house to open and close the door and an interior door that leads to the garage. Another vehicle may be parked on the other side of the garage and won’t cut into the sq ft stated above. Inquire prior to booking. EV hookup located in the front right corner of the garage. It’s a Nemia 14-50 outlet. Guests are responsible for bringing their own charging cord/adapter. Garage use is required for the EV outlet usage.
