Lake Front Cabin w/direct Snowmobile trail access

Our cabin is 4 miles from the town of Newport, and is on Sebasticook lake. It's private and surrounded by trees on both sides. Perfect spot for enjoying the Maine outdoors! The main ITS Trail is at the end of the driveway. No need to trailer your toys once you arrive. Perfect for ATV/Snowmobiling. We also have a dock available if you have a boat you'd like to bring. In the winter, the home is heated with a woodstove and a heat pump (which also works as AC in the summer) There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with doors that walk out to the deck facing the lake) and a loft. There is one bathroom with a full tub, and a washer/dryer. The whole cabin is available to guests. We live 10 minutes from the property and are available to guests. Guests can also call or text us during their stay. Quiet lake cabin in the woods, but only 4 miles from town. Private dirt road that is great for walks. The road also intersects with the Maine ATV trail which can be used for atv’s, snowmobiling, biking, running and walking. There is parking available on the property. Kayaks, a Canoe, and propane grill available to use.
