For more than 4 guests (5-10 guests), I will open up the basement family room with futon and 2 couches, bedroom with queen bed, semiprivate bedroom with twin. Each additional person after 4 people is $50 per person per night. We have space for campers and can provide electricity and water for an extra fee.
