A large open floor plan in front part of house offers peeks of Delaware Bay and sunrises can be spectacular while enjoying a morning coffee. A large Master bedroom with adjoining spacious full bathroom includes two person tub. There is a outdoor shower for rinsing away the days salt and sand. Access to the private bay beach is available to renters and is just a short walk away. Dogs are allowed on the beach however picking up after them and keeping them on leash are required. You wont find any stores here however the nearby charming small town of Milton is home to the world famous Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and numerous stores and restaurants.
