Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

My place is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. You’ll love my place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It is very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs). 1800 sq/ft timber framed home in a quiet rural setting close to Muncie, IN. Sauna Shared Swimming Pool Hot Tub Large Outdoor Space Fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Free wood. Gas grill As often as needed. It's very quiet and peaceful. You will need a vehicle to get anywhere. We are about a 20 minute drive into Muncie. There is a single loft bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. The house also has a couch, love seat, and a big comfy recliner. There is also a queen air mattress and pack and play. The Pool House is fully furnished with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and even a sauna. The kitchen has everything from cookware, dishes, gas range, etc. It is an ideal place to host a large gathering of family or friends. There are 12 folding chairs and 2 -6’tables.
