Hodgepodge Lodge (No cleaning fee)

For security reasons this listing is limited to women. No cleaning fee. Three additional rooms listed under "Other Details". Hodgepodge Lodge is small but cozy. Kitchenette/laundry center and refrigerator may be shared with 3 other guests and the hall-bathroom may be shared with 2 other guests. (Laundry center hours 9AM - 9PM). Individually packaged bars and oatmeal packets available for complimentary breakfast. Coffee pods as well as tea bags available throughout the day. Neutral colors and paintings of plants or nature scenes contribute to a sense of peace. A low desk doubles for a surface upon which to open your suitcase and there's ample space in the emptied dresser and closet, to make yourself feel at-home. (I use the bottom drawer of the dresser to store clean towels and linens). This is the only room without room-darkening window curtains - nor does it have pull-down blinds and "closet doors" are actually curtains (hence the name "Hodgepodge!"). Beside the desk is a stand upon which your towels are hung (which also includes personal bath mats should you wish to use them). Across the hall a shared kitchenette/laundry area is available as well as an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer. A laundry center, large sink, toaster oven and microwave, utensils, bowls and plates are among things provided in the kitchenette. Guests enter the house through a screened-in front porch then enter through a main door, using an assigned code for the smart-lock. In the foyer and to the right, hand-sanitizer is available. All Airbnb rooms are located on the second floor. Hodgepodge Lodge is at the top of the stairs to the left, across from the a shared refrigerator. Feel free to relax on the front porch when the weather permits - it's a great place to have coffee! Doors leading to my living area are generally closed but if l’m needed just knock, text - or check for me outside. I will try to be on-hand when you first arrive. Our neighborhood is configured in a large circle with 3 cul-de-sac-like arrangements. If you turn right when leaving my driveway then bear left going around the block, you will arrive back here. My property backs to a wooded area and adjoins County parkland so during the day you may hear children at play or neighbors out for a walk. Parking is available in the driveway (arranged with host) and on the street in front of the house, either beyond the mailbox/maple tree or before the driveway. If parking before the driveway please use mine to turn around in - not the neighbors'. If parked beyond the mailbox, smaller cars can easily do a 3-point turn but you may also continue up the street and bear left until you come back around to Burnett Dr. then turning right, you’re one house away from the development entrance. Three other listings available here are "Serenity Way", "Academic Avenue ", and "Home 'Suite' Home". Given the schedules for multiple guests l appreciate having the house quiet after 11PM.
