You will love the quiet home plus beautiful farm views in this peaceful setting while enjoying quick access to Lexington, Cincinnati, and northern Kentucky Two bedrooms, each with a pillow-top queen and a full bed, plus a sleeper sofa! A modern kitchen with stainless appliances including an electric cooktop range with oven, refrigerator/freezer, 4-stool table in the adjacent dining area. Drip coffee pot, French press, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, plus quality olive oil and basic spices are ready for you! Laptop desk with plugs for charging and lamps to see! Free WiFi and digital TV. No smoking inside. Private home with walk-out door on front of house - two small steps into the front door! Two queen sleeper sofas in the living room allow for more adults to sleep in comfort. By appointment: Guests can visit our 44-acre farm just a short walk up the lane for a personal farm tour of Free Radical Ranch to meet our numerous farm animals up-close with guidance on who, where, and how for safety and animal comfort. There is an On-Farm Store for meats and unique farm-themed and fabric/fiber/alpaca gifts! Our nearby farm also has a seasonal 18'x36' in-ground salt pool (pool towels provided!) and you can swim anytime. Just coordinate with us for access to any or all of these additional amenities!
