Lake House Oasis

Enjoy the view of Lake Weir through the 24 foot pocket sliders or open them up to the 1800 sq ft panoramic screened in lanai with ceiling fans, a bench swing, grill, dining/seating areas, and manicured landscape. Just outside the screened in lanai is 100 feet of white sandy beach, offering the atmosphere of a private island oasis. Entire house and beach NO DOCK I can be as available as requested or give guests as much privacy as they like. I stay in apartment above garage when house is rented. Put your boat in the water at carney island less than a mile away and park it on the beach. The Villages are 10 minutes away where you can find shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Own transportation is recommended!! House is a little far from town and Uber/Lyft not readily available (also expensive) Dock is under repairs. Please do not use!!!
