The Space: Welcome to the perfect vacation home! Not only do you have easy access to all the popular attractions SoCal has to offer, but the home itself is located on a fenced lot in a quiet, residential neighborhood with ample street lighting and street parking for guests - in addition to your own private parking space. Inside the residence is beautifully filled with Southern California sunlight throughout the day. The modern kitchen has full size appliances plus microwave, food processor and coffee press. There are 2 dining areas, and a large family room that is great for relaxing after a fun day of activity. Each bedroom - 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin - has ample closet space with wooden hangers and large dressers for tucking away travel items, and full-length mirrors. All beds come with high thread-count, 100% cotton sheets, feather duvets, and extra blankets are available. One bathroom is styled with an over-sized Jacuzzi tub, the other boasts a stunning 9-foot-high walk-in deluxe rain shower. Outdoor living is never better with a pergola covered patio area featuring a patio sofa, cushioned chairs, coffee table, and handy cooler table. Amenity highlights include fast Wi-Fi, 40” Smart TV with full complement of DirecTV channels, a comprehensive housewares package, and an Ecobee smart thermostat that controls HVAC settings for year-round comfort. Fresh linens, towels and bath essentials are supplied for every guest, and there is a new washer and dryer complete with complimentary detergent. Guest Access: The entire house is yours during the duration of your stay, with access to a private patio, fenced yard, and 1 off-street (driveway) parking space. This house is on a property with 2 other units; however, you will enjoy total privacy in your house and fenced yard that is not shared with the other units. The Neighborhood: Aside from the space, beauty and privacy of this home, you will also enjoy the invaluable luxury of convenience. Our house is 6 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Less than 3 miles from the new SoFi stadium. Located in the trendy Inglewood, CA, you are 1.7 miles from taking in a concert or sporting event at the historic Forum. Take a stroll through the arts district downtown on Market St or check out the famous Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. You will be conveniently located right in the middle of many entertaining and exciting attractions and hot spots that will make your trip to California unforgettable. If you are looking for culture and learning, we are less than 10 miles from the California Science Center, the Petersen Automotive Museum, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Other Things to Note:  We follow CDC guidelines by doing our part to help guests stay safe. We properly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before all check-ins.  There is a smaller, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow at the far rear of the property also listed under my listings, perfect should you need more space for your group.  Please note that the driveway is shared and oversized vehicles will not fit.  Motion sensor lights are installed outdoors to help you see at night and for added security.  Check-in is flexible any time after 3:00 p.m.  We do our best to accommodate early check-ins if we do not have guests booked the night before. The early check in fee is $25.  Late check outs can be accommodated if we do not have guests checking in that same day – the fee is $25 per hour for the first 3 hours. If you need to extend more than 3 hours, the full night rate will be charged.  Pets are allowed for a fee of $25.  Standard occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $25 per person, per day.  Infants and young children are welcome! We have a Pack 'N Play with crib sheet available to rent for a small fee. Interaction with Guests: I live minutes away and am available 24/7 for your needs. The level of interaction is determined by your desires, and all of your needs will be met.
