There is general access to the boat launch. All rooms accent the panoramic lake views and morning sunrises. With over 2500 square feet of living space; including 2 separate sitting rooms, guests can gather together or seek out privacy as needed. Situated on South Center lake, which is one of the premier lakes on the Chisago Lakes Chain, reaching depths of 109'. South Center is also connected to 4 other lakes making this a true sportsman paradise. City park with a swimming sand bar for the kids is just a stone’s throw away at the end of a dead-end street, a 1 minute walk! Meals are set up for easy planning by enjoying one of the close local restaurants or cooking in our well-equipped, large kitchen. Crock Pots, Ninja Blender, Air Fryer and Kitchen Aid are available for your convenience. This kitchen is equipped with a Drip Coffee and Keurig Machine. We have a paddle board and 2 kayaks for use during your stay. We provide 4 life jackets of standard size. Please bring anything else you need to enjoy the water safely. Boat rentals are available at Captain Shawn's Rental in Chisago Lakes. This is NOT a party house or a pet friendly rental. Guests will be immediately removed, without refund of the rental payment and damage deposit, from the property for hosting a party or bringing pets on the property at any time. We do have cameras on our property at both the front and back doors. 2022: there is possible construction of a new home down the block.
