The kitchen comes with quality stainless steel cookware and enough dishes and glassware to entertain up to 6 people. Plenty of pantry and storage space for those who are here on extended stays. Beds both come with memory foam mattresses and goose down comforters for a good nights' sleep and closets in both rooms offer ample storage. The upper yard has a weber grill and patio which may be used by guests. The apartment has a huge mesquite tree which attracts all manner of bird and bird sounds and offers a wonderful shaded entry to the bungalow. You will enjoy being able to walk everywhere you go, from the local 5Star restaurants of Bravo and Bloom (just a block away), or to the local grocery store or movie theater. You won't need your car! So park and walk! Parking is available on the street directly in front of your apartment.
