Newly renovated, pet-friendly bungalow, just 5-10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, the Reds Stadium, Bengals Stadium, OTR, The Aquarium, Newport on the Levy, & much more! Located on a quiet street just 20 minutes from the airport, this hidden gem is ideal for anything from a weekend getaway to extended stay living. Less than 20 minutes to the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More College. Utilities, WIFI and amenities to make your stay easier are all included. The front room has barn doors that can be closed for the privacy of a 2nd bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sectional for extra guests. The kitchen features new appliances and a large counter bar perfect for anything from meals to playing cards or board games. The back yard has a charcoal BBQ pit for grilling out and a corn hole set for pregaming. The front and back yards are fenced in for your children or furry friends. We are dog-friendly as long as your pet is potty trained and not a furniture chewer :) We are typically available within 10 minutes should any questions or problems arise. Located in the Historic Peaselburg community, this row of bungalows was originally built 117 years ago to house the engineers and foreman who built the railroad that crossed the Ohio River and helped connect the North and the South. Local landmarks include: - The Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption was inspired by Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. The north transept is said the contain the world's largest handmade church stain glass window. -Braxton Brewery is 5 minutes away in midtown Covington with a rooftop bar and is surrounded by multiple restaurants. -Coppin's Restaurant is located in Hotel Covington and offers upscale dining, cocktails and atmosphere. -For more casual fare, Agave & Rye offers authentic mexican cuisine and specialty margaritas. -For the nightlife lover, there are multiple bars & restaurants in the Main Strausse Village just 5 minutes away. There is ample on street parking at the residence and around the Covington area. Given the close proximity to downtown and surrounding areas, Uber & Lift are great options for easy and inexpensive transportation.
