Come relax and enjoy a romantic or family get away on this beautiful10-acre natural wildlife habitat with our 2 private ponds in the Adirondacks. Located just minutes to town of North Creek, Gore Mountain Ski Area and hiking trails. The Chalet was meticulously custom designed for your comfort and needs in mind. Sleeps 4 with a Queen bed with four drawers' underneath, built-in couch becomes 2 twin beds provided with luxurious bed linens/pillows. The Chalet is a fully equipped /stocked kitchen to prepare meals. A full bathroom with a deep tub/shower combination with luxurious spa bath towels, body soap, shampoo & conditioner, bubble bath provided. There's a screened in balcony with a custom built wood table with attached benches. The balcony is a great space to enjoy your morning coffee, eat meals and play games. The interior of the Chalet has a A/C unit. There is on demand hot water for constant hot water. The space is heated using hot water baseboard, which gives an abundance of cozy warmth. The living room area has a built-in unit holding a 36-inch Roku TV with a pull-out capability to be watched from kitchen bar counter. Hard wired with HDMI ports to plug in your gaming console. Great Wi-Fi / High Speed 100/100 FiOS Internet. On the bar counter is a Land Line phone. Enjoy the evening out by the fire pit under the magnificent starry night skies. Firewood/ kindling is provided. Enjoy seasonal organic grown vegetables, herbs, flowers at the entrance gardens for guest use. Great natural environment for photography! In the middle of Spring and early Summer awakens the hibernation of the tree frog, bull frogs and newts. Many species of water fowl are dropping in to build their nesting spots and raise their young. At night around dusk the deer are active, traveling on Alpine Loop our private road to the Chalet area. Red foxes visit during the night also. We have Beavers, Otters, Muskrats and occasionally a Mink swimming in the front pond. In May baby turtles pop out of their nests; end of May to early June Painters and Snapping turtles are coming out of ponds the to lay their eggs. A great time for seeing nature up close for children. There is so much to see and experience, especially in the early mornings. This is why we love it here, and love sharing this paradise with our Guests.
