Holly Berry Cabin is a unique 860 square foot property. It has 1 King Sleep number bed upstairs, 1 queen sofa sleeper downstairs and 1 single love seat sleeper upstairs. In the living room there is a folding table for board games. Beautiful, serene setting overlooking a pristine lake (no fishing license required). Wildlife galore! Nearby Chattanooga offers Cloudland State Park, Lookout Mt, Rock City, Ruby Falls and Tennessee Aquarium. Great "unplug" destination for two to four people. Fish in the lake (no fishing license required) Sit on the back deck and enjoy the view of the lake while you BBQ a great dinner. You can visit Cloudland State Park, Lookout Mt. Rock City, Ruby Falls, Tennessee Aquarium and many other family fun attractions. Full cabin access We reside in Trenton GA and just a phone call or text away if guests need us. This is a small "fishing village" gated community with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. We have just added a 2 person canoe for use at the cabin. If you are coming to the air you would fly into Chattanooga Regional Airport, rent a car and drive to the cabin. We are 25 minutes by car to downtown Chattanooga (close enough to enjoy the sights) but remote enough to feel like you are a million miles away from the hustle and bustle. We pride ourselves in making every guest feel welcome and enjoy making "special occasions" even more special (such as birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons) There are extra linens/blankets in the storage ottoman downstairs. Extra pillows in upstairs closet. A small amount of fishing equipment is in laundry closet. Instructions for the lock combinations on the canoe and deck box where the life preserves are stored are on the kitchen table. The deck box also has inside a corn hole game. Firewood is normally under the back deck or can be gathered in woods. Board games are on the bookcase and stored in the living room clock base. Please DO NOT stream on the wifi. There are DVD movies and a TV/DVD player upstairs. There is a selection of snacks and cold cereals along with KCup coffees in the kitchen.
