We have raised 5 kids here in the beautiful Middletown Valley. Our Airbnb is on a private ,wooded Lot. Originally our Families office. After much encouragement from family & friend guest, we’ve decided to renovate, move the office & share it with all on Airbnb. Guest can NOW occupy the entire house w/complete privacy. The lower level is newly renovated w/A NEW full bath , 3 LG & nice BRs, All w/deluxe QN beds. Upstairs is Vintage sheik w/MCM decor, Walk in jacuzzi shower tub & A stone fireplace. We have a very cool, comfy, unique , Modern Meets Vintage, if you will .. fabulously fun filled , Super Comfortable , Something for everyone HOME SWEET HOME accommodations for you and your gang. The decor takes you both back in time & into the future at the same time. We loaded it up with all your favorite old board games and lots of new modern games as well . We also have a life sized Jenga, Yahtzee and connect 4 , Bringing them into 2021 as Giant YARD games . If board games aren’t your thing , maybe you’ll Love our big TV w / AmazonPrime, HBO max & Netflix ! We also provide Xfinity super fast internet , Unlimited Alexa, & a gaming console w hundreds of games new & old , so there’s something for everyone. We have your outside fun covered too .there’s a nice big yard , a grille, fire pit ,corn hole, yardzee , telescope & lots more .Located right in the heart of the beautiful & historic Middletown Valley. The house is on a private alley and contains an enclosed porch/sunroom as well as a big backyard. The lower level of the house has been renovated and parts of it are brand new , however the upstairs is still very Vintage 1960s meets 2021 Swag , it’s always a work in progress as we add new cool things constantly. Our place is loaded with books , puzzles, games & popping art. We have all the deluxe , modern comforts of a 5 star hotel , yet feels like home sweet home ! We invite you to try our delightful bedding, all 4 rooms have deluxe queen sized, top of the line, gel infused, memory foam beds. With luxurious pillows, bedding and towels. The family room has a Leather , double reclining sofa,Theres also a furnished sunroom with great vibes & views! Our Private property is located in the heart of a an adorable & historic Small Town that definitely takes you back to a Mayberry esk place and time. We provide starter sticks & wood for the fire pit & stone fire place , as well aa everything needed for a cookout and outside entertainment. We hope you find Our house is super comfy, welcoming and your home away from home. For your convenience and enjoyment , we are stocked with coffees, teas and filtered water . We also provide our guest with unlimited popcorn to eat while watching Amazon prime movies on the big screen TV. We take our relaxing and sleep seriously so all bedrooms are provided with top of the line linens and fantastic pillows plus memory foam, gel infused beds in each room .We also provide paper products for easy clean up as well as cleaning supplies including laundry detergent & dryer sheets. Guest will have access to the entire house and all of its amenities: 2 floors, 2 full bathrooms, ( one has a jetted jacuzzi , walk in tub/shower ) A big screen TV, w/Netflix, AmazonPrime, HBO max, & Netflix. We live & work close by, in the north pointe neighborhood a block away, so we are ALWAYS available if needed. HOWEVER, We like to respect our guest privacy and have little interaction with them during their stay, unless called upon. Small town, USA . A place where everyone knows your name. Very safe , beautiful, fresh air, bright stars . This is a very special , hidden, adorable, historical and super duper hospitable little town. George Washington himself stated that Middle town was one of the most beautiful towns he ever saw! Everyone here is SOO friendly and helpful. Our property is located on a private wooded alley , just off of the VERY FIRST ROAD WEST . Old National pike ( aka MAIN STREET) Walking distance to Downtown Middletown, Main Street shops, eats, brews, salons , diners , several parks, the famous and delicious Main Cup. The town is seeping in civil war history as well as all the surrounding areas . Tour battlefields, visit our guide book for more info on our town. We are minutes from 6 award winning golf courses and we have several wineries and museums right here in town. You will need a car to get around from town to town. However our properties location is in a private prime spot in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown Middletown . We’re in a popular location, close to many great and historical destinations. 10 minutes (driving )from downtown Frederick , 20 minutes Harpers Ferry, Appalachian trails, 50 minutes outside of DC AND Baltimore. But If you were interested in staying in town and close by the property, you would only need your legs since all Main Street attractions, restaurant and shops are with in seconds and walking distance . Most folks get around Middletown with a great pair of walking shoes , there’s plenty to see on foot , lots of hiking trails , parks, lots of quaint little shops, salons , museums, art gallery, restaurants and bars all with in walking distance from our little hidden gem . We live close by and we are always available if and when needed, However we like to be respectful of our guest privacy and will not interact unless needed. We also like to be respectful of ALL our guests potential allergies to smoke and pet danders , so we do NOT allow pets or smoking. WE also host families with small kids who won’t want to bring their babies 👶 to a smoking environment. Thanks so much in advance for respecting the house and smoking outside! Its greatly appreciated!
