Cozy 1950's waterfront cottage on Lake Massasecum! Cottage has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms; 1 half bath and 1 with a shower. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and connected bathroom, Living Room/Kitchen has 2 trundle beds. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen has all the amenities you need. Fast wireless 300/300mbps up/down internet. In the Summer - Power boats are allowed on Lake Massasecum and it is also the perfect place for canoes, kayaks, great fishing and bird watching! Three kayaks, one canoe, and one paddle board are available for use with cabin rental. Also comes with the use of a private swim platform. In the Winter - Snowmobiling, Ice Fishing, and Cross County Skiing are allowed on the lake. It’s very important to test the ice for safety. Lake Massasecum is located in Bradford, NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee are nearby with great hiking trails for all ages! Disclosure - Dock is required to be removed from the water by the NH Department of Environmental Services in the Winter months and will not be in the water from October - Memorial Day.
