Victorian near BC, BU, Harv 1 large room

Central location with 5 minute walk to commuter rail and buses, parking space, large room with air conditioning, sofa and spacious desk for working. This listing is for 1 large room with a bathroom. We request a two night minimum stay. Bedroom is filled with light with large desk for working and a comfortable couch. We welcome you to leave things in the refridgerator. I am always available to provide guidance, directions, recommendations, or ideas. I also give your plenty of space and don't hover. The neighborhood is quiet, but within a blocks walk is the village of Newtonville that is filled with coffee shops, drug store, restaurants, and little shops. Our streets are tree lined and we have a park a block away. While there is plenty of green here, you are but a ten minute train ride from downtown. The commuter rail that goes into Boston is two blocks away. Also Two blocks away are a couple of different buses that take you downtown, or into Watertown. Ten minutes in the other direction is Boston College Law school where a shuttle runs pretty non-stop to BC main campus which is on the green subway line. We ask that all guest be vaccinated
