Shore/Kailua, & 20 min to Honolulu. A 1st floor studio, next to our space. Safe, residential neighborhood. 30-day min. Private mālie (quiet), large 700 square foot studio with double bed, step-up shower with private bathroom, small kitchen and 2 private entrances. Great work from home space with strong wifi. Or, central location allows for easy adventure chasing as your home base. Only vaccinated guests can book with proof of vaccination, non-smoker, vegan cooking and dog lovers, but not required. No more than 3 guests in studio at any one time due to COVID. Plenty of street parking in front and to the side of the house. Downstairs studio with private entrance has a small patio on the side. Enclosed driveway provides safety and security. No parking for guest vehicles of any kind on premises. I live on the property, and will be available as needed during the pandemic. - This is an older, quiet, residential neighborhood with not much going on. Very quiet, safe, and lots of street parking. We park on the street and leave the secured driveway open for guests. Please remember to close the gate. - This is not a party house, we respect the `āina (land), local culture and native peoples. All guests must have a shared respect for the Islands and the people. - There is a pet rooster next door that adds to the rustic feel, plus a number of dogs nearby. - `Aiea is located in the center of the Island, allowing for explorations in a timely manner, depending on traffic. - There are illegal fireworks that are often exploded from time to time. This is an Island-wide occurrence, especially on New Yearʻs eve, July 4th and at the end of football games. However, they can happen at any time. The Bus is just down the hill from the house by 3 blocks. Lyft and Uber is $25 to/from airport and are always readily available. There is also a 2014 silver Toyota Prius available for rent, please inquire. Hawai`i is now in process of removing mandates, all guests are requested to have a valid COVID vaccination. Non smokers only, if you smoke, please book elsewhere.
