Cozy two-story 3 bedroom, 1 full bath penthouse. This has been the Owner's private residence since 2017 and is now on the rental market! Sleeps 8, fully stocked kitchen with new electric appliances and living area with 70” Smart TV. This property features 18' vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room, 5 wall length windows with an incredible view, and beautiful King Ranch furniture. The private loft bedroom upstairs with low ceilings and a unique tree-house feel. Our new pool will be completed late May 2021 and is just downstairs from the penthouse and beside our beautiful outdoor kitchen/pavilion. We are Va (Website hidden by Airbnb) a 5-star resort with an on-site concierge, ready to help you have an unforgettable vacation experience on the Frio River. We conveniently offer a complimentary tube shuttle service to 7 Bluffs Crossing, and after a 2-3 hour float you’ll end right up on our private riverfront shoreline, only a short 200’ walk from your room! This penthouse features a private balcony for early morning coffee or late night drinks. You will also have access to our private riverfront, only a short 200' walk from your room! We also have a fully stocked outdoor kitchen/pavilion with plenty of outdoor seating, a 80" Smart TV and a pool! If I am not on the property, I am at my home just a 10 minute drive away, and I am always a phone call away. There will usually be 1-2 staff members here as well if you need anything during your stay, such as needing a ride on our complimentary tube shuttle service. This property is on private land that has been in my family since 1960. You will have plenty of space to yourself on our private, lit riverfront shoreline, perfect for tailgating! We are only 5 minutes away from House Pasture and 15 minutes away from Garner State Park! We offer complimentary tube shuttle service to 7 Bluffs Crossing! You will also be allotted a certain number of on-site parking spots for your party at check-in. We are also one of the only properties that allow you to pull in right beside the river on our private shoreline; tailgating is welcomed. We have a complimentary laundry room with commercial front-load washers & dryers available for use. Linens are not furnished in this home. You will need sheets, pillowcases and towels. Don't want to bring all your sheets from home? We can provide them for a fee of $10/per bed! Pets are allowed here, however we do have some guidelines; 35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding, with prior approval from the owner. This AirBnb site does not calculate your hotel/motel tax. Once you pick a date, I will counter-offer the price to include the 10% Local Tax Rate. Otherwise you will be required to pay the tax at check-in. Upon your arrival, a copy of your driver’s license and credit card will be required to put in your file.
